Discovery Call
A free 15-minute conversation to understand who we're celebrating and what this film means to your family. We'll talk through tone, timing, and what makes them one of a kind.

Deep Dive
A 45 to 60 minute conversation to gather the real detail, the stories, the texture, the moments worth capturing. This is where the film starts to take shape.

Family & Friends Input
Loved ones contribute questions, memories, and personal messages to be read aloud on camera. From there a 90-minute interview plan is approved by the organiser before film day

Film Day
We arrive, set up, and guide your loved one through their story at a relaxed, unhurried pace. They simply talk and we take care of everything else.

Legacy, Delivered
Your finished film and book are ready within four to six weeks. Edited, crafted, and yours to watch together whenever the moment feels right

Most of our subjects are between 65–90 years old. The service is typically gifted by adult children or grandchildren who want to capture a parent or grandparent's story. We also work with anyone who wants to preserve their own legac

We come to you. The family home is usually the most natural and meaningful setting. We can also film at a location that holds significance — a garden, a family property, or anywhere meaningful.

Almost every subject is nervous at first. Our interviewers are skilled at creating warmth and ease. 100% of our subjects have said they are glad they did it. We start gently and let the conversation unfold naturally.

We aim to deliver the final edited film within 4–6 weeks of the interview day. Book production takes a further 2–4 weeks for printing and delivery.

Yes - we are a New Zealand company and currently serve the Auckland region. We are expanding to other regions shortly. If you're outside Auckland, get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate.

It's possible, and some families prefer it. We've found, however, that subjects often open up more when loved ones aren't in the room. Some stories, lessons, and moments are difficult to share with family watching. Having just the subject and the interviewer creates a sense of privacy that tends to bring out the most honest, meaningful parts of a person's life
